Never Ending Gift

I'm making sure to drink lots of water, that I'm eating and that I try to get enough rest. I've added teas with herbs to help with inflammation and the coughing. I'm also using Becky's Back Crack to help with the headache and sinus congestion.

Weird right, Becky's Back Crack for sinus congestion? The stuff for muscles aches for your sinuses? Essential oils are amazingly versatile. One oil can have many different medicinal properties to help with so many of our physical, emotional and spiritual issues.

Becky's Beck Crack is a combination of Blue Spruce, Rosewood, Sacred Frankincense and Blue Tansy. This blend was initially created to help me with anxiety. The scent relaxes me immediately and helps me to center and calm.

A friend used it for her neck and back issues and jokingly used to ask if I had anymore of that "Back Crack". She found relief for muscle aches and tension.

Today I'm rubbing it on my temples, on my collar bone and inhaling the scent. It helps soothe the sinus headache and the scent helps the sinus passages.

The same four oils, 3 different results.  Each of these oils have individual properties as well as properties in common.  They have anti-viral, anti-inflammatory properties, help with congestion, coughs, stress, anxiety, muscle aches.  Any of the four work well alone but when combined in this synergy they can be used in so many different ways for a number of different issues.
