This tincture was made by infusing chamomile flowers and alcohol for 4-6 weeks, in order to extract the active constituents. The flavor is exactly what you would expect of chamomile tea. I have a difficult staying asleep. Before going to bed, I add a dropperful of chamomile tincture to a glass of water. I fall asleep easier and sleep soundly when I use the tincture. My son places 10 drops under his tongue and washes it down with a glass of water. He sleeps wonderfully! (If putting under tongue, start with 2-3 drops and work up to 15 if needed). Add the tincture to herbal tea to help assist with cold, allergy or the flu symptoms.
INGREDIENTS: Dried Chamomile Flowers steeped in alcohol for 4-6 weeks or longer.
DIRECTIONS: Add 1 dropperful (20 to 30 Drops) to an 8oz of glass of water, tea, or liquid of your choice to assist with stress, anxiety, cold, allergy or flu symptoms and to encourage sleep.
